3. Services

Sunflower Cleaners connects homeowners and renters with vetted, professional cleaning service providers in the greater Atlanta metropolitan area. We offer residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleanup services. All cleaning professionals in our network are background-checked, insured, and bonded.

4. Service Disclaimer

Sunflower Cleaners facilitates the connection between clients and independent cleaning professionals. While we vet and monitor all cleaners in our network, individual service agreements are between you and the assigned cleaning professional or team. We stand behind every booking with our satisfaction guarantee.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting quotes or booking services.
• Ensure reasonable access to your property at the scheduled cleaning time.
• Communicate any special instructions, access codes, pet information, or areas of concern prior to your appointment.
• Not use the Site or services for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes.

6. Pricing and Payments

All pricing is provided as a quote based on the information you submit, including home size, condition, and service type. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described. Payment terms and accepted methods will be disclosed before your first service.

7. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will send a cleaner back to address the issue at no additional cost.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by Sunflower Cleaners and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
• Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

All cleaning professionals in our network carry liability insurance. In the event of property damage during a cleaning, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim on your behalf.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunflower Cleaners, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site or services, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to our business, our cleaning professionals, or other customers.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our Site. Your continued use of the Site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
