A standard cleaning covers all the essentials: vacuuming and mopping floors, wiping down countertops and surfaces, cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors), dusting furniture and fixtures, and tidying the kitchen (stovetop, counters, exterior of appliances). It's designed to maintain a clean home between deeper cleans.
A standard clean maintains your home's day-to-day cleanliness. A deep clean goes further — inside appliances and cabinets, behind furniture, baseboards, ceiling fans, light fixtures, grout scrubbing, and window sills. We recommend a deep clean as your first service or seasonally to reset your home before switching to a regular maintenance schedule.
Beyond standard and deep cleaning, we offer:
  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning — A full deep clean of an empty home, inside all cabinets and closets, designed to pass landlord inspections or welcome you into a fresh space.

Yes. Every cleaning professional in our network goes through a full background check and identity verification before they're approved. All cleaners are insured and bonded, which means you're protected in the unlikely event of property damage during a service.
Not at all. Many of our clients prefer to be out while we clean. Just provide access instructions (lockbox code, smart lock, key under the mat, etc.) when you book. Your cleaner will lock up when they're finished. If you'd rather be home, that's perfectly fine too.
We stand behind every job with a satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we'll send a cleaner back to fix it at no extra charge. No arguments, no hassle.
Life happens. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel without a fee. Just email us at [email protected] or reply to your booking confirmation. There are no long-term contracts — you can pause or stop service whenever you'd like.
